Lead Consultant

Kelli King-Jackson, LLC

Coach. Loving Disruptor. Resource Liberator.

Kelli King-Jackson is a leadership coach to Black women leading in white spaces.  Her clients primarily come from the nonprofit, philanthropic, government, and corporate sectors.  Though their industries differ, Kelli’s clients have similar experiences and desires – they want to be seen for what they bring to the table and seek to lead with purpose.

Kelli is a deep listener and a consistent champion for her clients.  The foundation of her coaching is to ask expansive and incisive questions to understand and shake what holds leaders back from accomplishing their goals.  By connecting to the wisdom and talent embodied within, Kelli coaches leaders to authentically navigate complex systems. She considers it a privilege to bear witness to the transformation of leaders and the impact of their work.

Having spent ten years working in philanthropy, Kelli remains passionate about liberating resources to be accessible to leaders seeking to better the world.  Kelli continues to advise grantmakers seeking to have more equitable partnerships with communities of color while also equipping nonprofits with knowledge on working with the philanthropic sector.

Kelli is an ACC-level coach with the International Coaching Federation and a 21/64 certified philanthropic advisor. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the social sector having worked with nonprofits and foundations. Kelli continues this work by serving on the dynamic boards of directors of Funders Together to End Homelessness and Funders for LGBTQ Issues.

When she is not coaching or advising, Kelli can be found hosting discussions on upcoming elections and amplifying ways to support local, Black-led organizations. Kelli is a sought-after speaker, an avid writer, and an occasional crafter.
